Minutes agreed (Donna Grose proposed, Nicola Mason seconded)
3. Chairperson’s Report
The Chair presented her report (appendix 1); this was accepted by the meeting
4. Manager’s report
The Manager presented her report (appendix 2); this was accepted by the meeting
5. Treasurer’s Report
The Treasurer presented her report (appendix 3); this was accepted by the meeting.
6. Election of Office Bearers
a) New Chairperson – Alison Tomczynski (proposed by Donna Grose, seconded by Hazel McKeller).
b) New Treasurer – Yvonne Hay (proposed by Joanna Whittington, seconded by Paul Hammond)
c) Vice-Chair – Amy Clayton to continue for another year (proposed by Joanna Whittington, seconded by Claire Sexton)
d) Secretary – Claire Sexton to continue for another year (proposed by Joanna Whittington, seconded by Hazel McKeller)
7. Election of Ordinary members
a) Deborah Demick to continue for another year (proposed by Claire Sexton, seconded by Amy Clayton)
b) Donna Grose to continue for another year (proposed by Claire Sexton, seconded by Amy Clayton)

8. New Fee structure
There has not been any increase in club fees the past 6 years. New Fee structure was proposed by the committee to ensure the financial security of the club. The 10% increase was deemed to be reasonable and maintains a very competitive price for families for after school care compared to other local options. The new fee structure aligns Fridays with other days. The new fee structure will be communicated to all parents in the next newsletter.
9. AOB
Parents queried when the next statements would be issued as it is not very simple to confirm balance due. Nicola confirmed that once the next bank statement had been issued this would be possible.
