8. New Fee structure
There has not been any increase in club fees the past 6 years. New Fee structure was proposed by the committee to ensure the financial security of the club. The 10% increase was deemed to be reasonable and maintains a very competitive price for families for after school care compared to other local options. The new fee structure aligns Fridays with other days. The new fee structure will be communicated to all parents in the next newsletter.
9. AOB
Parents queried when the next statements would be issued as it is not very simple to confirm balance due. Nicola confirmed that once the next bank statement had been issued this would be possible.
