The Board of Springfield Out of School Care Club are made up of volunteers. They hold regular meetings and control the club. The people serving on the Board are called Charity Trustees in our constitution. An AGM has to be organised by the Board once every year.

The role of the Board is to ensure:
- That the club is well run
- That plans are in place to ensure its on-going success
- That its staff have the support and resources they need to deliver a high quality service
- That the club is compliant with law and good practice
All Board members are parents of children attending the club. The Board meets on a regular basis. If you are a parent or carer of one or more children attending the club, and are interested in joining the Board, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to find out about the role. You will be welcome to attend Board meetings as an observer; with prior notification, and with no obligation to join.
