Our comprehensive programme of activities is delivered by a highly skilled, enthusiastic, and dedicated staff team who are committed to providing the best possible experience for every child. At the heart of the club is our experienced Manager, supported by a Deputy Manager, who together oversee the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring that it operates smoothly, safely, and in line with all relevant policies and standards.
Working alongside them is a team of caring and energetic Playworkers who play a vital role in engaging with the children. They plan and deliver a wide range of creative, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities, while also supporting children’s individual interests and encouraging free play. Our Playworkers build positive relationships with the children, helping to create a warm, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued, confident, and able to thrive.
As a team, we are committed to supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development, while ensuring their time at the club is enjoyable, enriching, and full of opportunities to learn through play.
